•  Explain the reason for NFPA 70E’s existence
•  State the requirements of the NFPA 70E
•  Define purpose of the Annex in the NFPA 70E 
Module 3 - NFPA & OSHA Qualified Person Requirements
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
•  Define the qualified person according to OSHA & NFPA 70E
•  Identify the training requirements for the qualified person
•  State documentation requirements for the qualified person
•  Discuss responsibilities of the qualified person
Module 4 - NFPA 70E & OSHA Unqualified Person Requirements

Module 7 - Lock-out/Tag-out: Establishing an Electrically Safe Work Condition

•  Define an electrically safe work condition
•  Explain the process of establishing an electrically safe work condition
•  Describe the process of verifying an electrically safe work condition
•  Apply the requirements of re-energizing an electrical system
•  Determine the responsibilities of management associated with lock-out/tag-out
Module 8 - Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
•  Identify the resources used for determining protection from arc flash hazards
•  Choose the appropriate PPE for the known hazards
•  Determine the in service care and use of the required PPE
•  Recognize the training requirements associated with PPE
 Module 9 - Energized Electrical Work Permits
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
•  Locate the requirements for performing energized work
•  Recognize the elements of an energized electrical work permit
•  Apply the requirements for working on 50 volts or greater
